About Lesson
 
Why have a foot challenge?
 
Our feet are very complex. 
 
And yet they are our mundane, day in day out, means of locomotion.
Thay are highly sensitive but become desensitized by all that we need them for.
 
If we don’t give them extra TLC, it is very easy to take them for granted.
We might occasionally give them some attention but if we dedicate a few minutes each day to thinking about them and caring for them, some amazing things can happen.

So every day, for the next 30 days, you will complete  a small “challenge” to help nurture, connect with, strengthen and align your feet with the rest of your body.

Here’s what you can expect to gain from this challenge:

So let the games begin! Day 1 of the 30 Day Foot challenge begins with a very easy assessment of your current condition.
 
Stand tall, with your feet hip width apart. Feel into your feet. Where do they touch the ground, where do they feel light? Write some quick notes about this experience. We’ll revisit on Day 30 and see what’s changed!🌲🌲🌲
