About Lesson

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
We started our foot challenge with this pose.Try it now and see if you feel a little more stable. Here’s some things to look for:
  1. Where is your weight. Do you stand at the front of your foot near your toes or with all your weight on the heels. Can you even it out?
  2. Do you stand to the inside of your foot or to the outside of your foot. Can you bring your weight toward the middle?
  3. How about your ankles? Can you feel the connection between your ankles and your calves? Do they feel still and heavy or loose and wobbly?
As we said at the beginning of this challenge. Tadasana is a pose that is simple to perform but extremely difficult to perfect. But now that you have brought more sensitivity and strength to your feet, perhaps you are a little close to feeling like a mountain!
