About Lesson

If you don’t have any massage oil, you can use coconut oll. You can also use  an Ayurvedic massage oil  (Banyan Botanicals sells excellent massage oils)

Rub some oil on your feet. There are many massage techniques you can use.
  1. “Knead” the muscles and tissues on your feet as if you were kneading bread.
  2. Run your thumbs ove the tops and bottoms or your feet.
  3. Use your fists or elbows to “dig in” to places of resistance or hardness.
Experiment, have fun! The point is to get to know your feet better. Generate feet appreciation by being non- judgmental about what you don’t like about them. Speak kindly to them. They are your hardworking, long suffering, underappreciated friends.
