Today we integrate all that we have worked on so far. Choose an earlier activity that you found particularly useful or just begin to incorporate all of the increased awareness and sensation from earlier days so that the new patterns start to replace the old patterns. Patterns in yoga are called “samscaras”. They are neural pathways that our nervous systems develop over time to protect us. But these patterns eventually have the opposite effect and prevent us from seeing ourselves as we really are. You are creating or rather uncovering healthier patterns of movement through these exercises. Do them freqently enough and they will replace the unhealthy patterns!
